What happened. (Mission in the Dessert)

She eyes Sjach carefully while cuddling her fox, gritting her teeth before she reaches out a hand and casts her Slumber Hex on Sjach before she can do anything to the poor sleeping people. Yes. I said here that we were 8. But I said in the context that we STARTED AT LEVEL 7. Which we did not.

I know it seems irresponsible as a DM to not know what level the party started at. But you should note that last time I did this campaign it started at level 5. I've started campaigns just within the last 4 years at level 6, 7, 10, 12...so its hard for me to keep track all the time. Especially on sundays when I'm using up all my energy DMing.

So I'm sorry if I caused any misunderstandings. But I know that you guys would rather have a longer and more fulfilling campaign then "get stronger as fast as possible". And you can still use your leveled up character as soon as we reach level 8; its not like any time would have been wasted. But the faster we level, the fewer adventures we will have with these characters.
